ROS means rest of the story and it means what did you do on your visit with the provider.

You didn't provide this information at all.

There are some pinned posts that show examples but

I don't know what mod will say, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to put in a few more details. For example, did you meet in a motel, an apartment, or was it a car date? If it was motel, talk about whether anyone else was present. Did the area feel safe? How easy or difficult was it to set up the encounter, that aspect is important to a lot of guys.There is a sticky up above with sample reviews that might help. Not being critical, just giving examples/suggestions. If you are denied, just send a pm to moderator, that's what I do if don't understand something n he usually pretty responsive on stuff like that

Kevin, I sent you the link for the examples in PM. I suggest you look over the examples, then use your own flavor, but you have to put something in the ROS section, as others have said.

A name, a link and a number are very helpful, and if omitted, can also lead to a denial.

EDIT: I know this because I have been denied before, for some of these reasons.
