I'd assume she isn't real. She has a Houston phone number, Terrance as email address, and the picture in the bathroom says Ottawa health department.

Honestly, the phone number thing is "neutral" - neither positive nor negative.

"She" (assuming the poster is legit and not a scam) is using a texting app. How many of us use a texting app with an area code for another state?
