Same thing happened to me last week. Called ahead to make sure Lily was working, they said ok, I show up to two I've never seen before and insist on Lily while they try to have one of the others take me. I just left, wasn't worth it if it wasn't gonna be Lily.

Bad service is bad service and is running rampaged in San Antonio. Hard upsell and shorting is becoming the standard.



I am sure Lilly started another spa somewhere. These women never leave the business. I'm sure she will show up somewhere.
