I want to go over to Destin before the spring break craziness starts and the room prices go through the roof. Any suggestions for clean , safe and a decent price? Any I should stay away from. I do like to go places I get reward points

The regency on 98 is pretty nice. Multiple hotels right there on the stretch of 98 seem to be pretty popular.

Not Destin, but close enough: Hilton Garden inn on Okaloosa island is nice. Also the Holiday inn next door. Both are clean, safe, no key required for elevators, close to restaurants. Can’t go wrong.

Thanks for the info. The prices on some of those were above my budget right now. Looks like I am booking a days inn to try. Any experience with those?

It's a room. Decent. Nothing to write home about. May or may not have been there, I plead the Fifth.
