It's actually about the law for many Conservatives and whether Democrats are doing this on purpose or not, they are doing it and the reason they are breaking the law, has nothing to do with color or ethnicity or "they care", because they sure as hell don't care about making Cartels richer. They don't care about increased drug trafficking and child sex trafficking.
