I wish we would have gotten this report before she moved to N Dallas. Maybe more guys would have pulled the trigger and we could have kept her in FW. The few reports I read had me hesitant…this one would have caused me to pull the trigger.

All of that group are 4$ and up for L3. Most of that group (referring to the Dallas one) do CBJ at that rate, glad she is open to bbbj at that price level
