I have a good friend that now lives in the Shreveport area and was thinking of coming for a visit around the 17th of this month for about 3 or 4 days since I am able to work remotely thankfully! Any suggestions on some good hotels in that area? I have never been to Shreveport so unfortunately I am not familiar with the area. So looking forward to getting out of Dallas for a bit!

The Hilton in downtown Shreveport is nice.

If you're coming during the week and not weekend, the casinos have pretty good rates
