Hey everyone!

So I'm in Springfield and am looking for something different to do. Any things that is a must do while I'm here? It's been a while and the last time I was here COVID was in full force. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome back to Springfield, Emmie!

Big question depending on what kind of “different” thing you’re wanting to do. Usually strolling through and around Downtown Springfield can be quite enjoyable. Lots of shops, entertainment, restaurants, bars, and night clubs. Good spread of various attractions to visit.

If you’re looking for something more outdoorsy, have the Nature Center on the south east side of town. Great trails and beautiful views. Similar can be said about Springfield Lake Park on the south side as well. Along a similar vein, there is a big draw to visit Wonders of Wildlife and wander around Bass Pro to get your fill of nature while indoors.

also for eats..kearney street cafe has awesome breakfast..Relics antique mall for shopping (i have a booth there lol)
and if you are there on friday nite then try Queen City Soul Food for kickass fried fish!
And on commercial street there is a coffee shop called Big Mommas that has yummmy grilled cheese sandwiches and the yummiest brownies around!!
