Default Arizona's 4th Audit has same results as the first. Trump Lost.

Ducey, who is a Republican, took to Twitter on Friday to say the election outcome would not be decertified and that the law did not allow for decertification despite demands from Trump. However, Ducey made clear that was not going to happen and his state would follow the law.
"When it comes to the audit, like the three audits that preceded it, it's now over. The outcome stands and the 2020 election in Arizona is over," Ducey tweeted.

Far from over;

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Senator Kelly Townsend reacts to the Arizona Election Audit Report
Phoenix, AZ
September 24, 2021

I am thoroughly shocked, yet not surprised, at the product that was delivered to the people of Arizona by the hands of Adrian Fontes regarding the 2020 General election. Although the raw numbers of votes show a similar outcome to the official canvass. The important outcome is that the votes that were counted could be trusted as actual and true voter submissions, according to Arizona State law.
However, what we learned today that there was a myriad of issues with the counting process that undermine the confidence in the true and accurate count of this election. The election system simply does not balance. Some of the issues that jump out immediately to me are as follows:
• Deleted / purged files - The timing and deletion of files the day before the 2/2/21 audit. Maricopa county purged the machine records the day before the audit started. Many .exe and .dll files (approximately 1500) were either deleted or modified.
• No security or credential management. There were shared accounts and passwords which made the identification of those deleting or purging files difficult, but not impossible.
• Duplicates ballots were grossly mismanaged, and our laws were broken regarding this important part of our election process.
• Chain of custody was not accurately kept, making it impossible who touched what and when.
• Envelopes without signatures, images of ballot envelopes with an apparent approval stamp behind the basic graphics of the envelop, suggesting tampering.
• Connectivity to the internet has been established, in violation of Arizona law and contrary to what we have been told about the system.
• Sloppy caretaking of ballots, missing batches in boxes, batches in boxes not listed on the box or county list.
These are just a few of the many issues brought up today and necessitate a dramatic change in the way we oversee our elections, and how we hold those accountable who have broken our laws. Most importantly, whenever there is malfeasance and skullduggery, we must both nullify that election and repeat it with one more securely conducted, and we must move forward with indictments of hose who perpetrated this fraud against us.

Wendy Rogers Post Audit Speech

"Our representative Republic suffered a corrupted 2020 Election! In addition to Arizona, sworn affidavits have accumulated from many states.

Detailing rampant corruption and miss- management in the election process.
Fraud and inaccuracies have already been shown through multiple audits and canvases in multiple states as well as through lawsuits challenging the validity of election results of several counties in multiple states.

We have come to the conclusion the ALL 50 STATES NEED TO BE FORENSICALLY AUDITED!"

How will the headlines now explain why the data of General Election was deleted from Maricopa County machines on 2/1/2021?

52 USC 20701:

"shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election"

https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?...edition=prelim

18 U.S. Code § 595 - Interference by administrative employees of Federal, State, or Territorial Governments

Hearing at Arizona Audit on Maricopa County audit proves officials are in violation of this code.

We have an epidemic of people
reading only headlines and talking points.

The vote tallies and ballot counts match the certified county results. What else would you expect when it took almost a half year for the audit to begin, and Maricopa taking 10 days to count votes?

It’s an AUDIT - not a RECOUNT. So yes, if it was a RECOUNT of fraudulent votes, then Biden had more.

This is an AUDIT that includes identification of ballots that should not have been cast and counted.

You have to read, research, and form your own opinions.

“I just got a notification that...”

READ! Do not rely on others to spoon feed.

Election data was deliberately destroyed to prevent the auditors from accessing it.
The auditors know exactly who destroyed the data.
The identity of the criminal was given to AG Brnovich.

BRNOVICH MUST INDICT

What's next for our great, God-fearing, state of Arizona?
--

Attorney General Brnovich must seize all records and equipment that Maricopa County Board of Supervisors stonewalled.

Our AZ Senate must hold a hearing and vote to decertify.

Criminals who destroyed or tampered with evidence must be indicted.

--

JUST ONE COUNTY had enough fraudulent votes to show that the election was rigged.

FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING

Senator Karen Fann just announced that all the information has been turned over to the AG's office to pursue legal remedies from here on.

They have video of the people who deleted data

This document describes redacted names and alleged crimes committed.

Which lady would have a key card to the server room?

Who do you think Subject 1, Subject 2 and Subject 3 are?

Doesn’t matter. The Legislature can vote to decertify, not the Governor. The Governor doesn’t prosecute crimes, the AG does. They’ll decide.

Thoughts On the Arizona Audit

Some people hoped that the AZ audit would provide evidence that hundreds of thousands of illegal votes were cast in the 2020 election. They expected to hear proof that Donald Trump won the election. The Arizona audit was never going to overturn the results of the national election. That wasn't the purpose of the audit.
If you're feeling disappointed, it's likely because you had unrealistic expectations.

The audit report delivered exactly what I had hoped for. The biggest takeaway was Ben Cotton's presentation of criminal conduct on behalf of those who operate Maricopa County's Dominion Election Management System. Cotton proved that the system connects to the internet, that it allows remote access, and that its anti-virus and security software has never been updated. Most importantly, Cotton provided evidence that the people running the system methodically and repeatedly deleted election data just prior to critical events that could have shown fraud.

Cotton's presentation was damning because Dominion itself runs the election management system. According to former Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes, Dominion has offices in the Maricopa County Election Center and the county employs two full time Dominion contractors who manage the system. If Dominion manages the system, they will likely be the ones facing criminal prosecution.

The evidence presented yesterday should cause any county that uses Dominion Voting Systems to consider auditing their election. The fact that Cotton provided evidence of criminal conduct was icing on the cake.

An hour before the report was released, AG Brnovich issued a statement saying, “I will take all necessary actions that are supported by the evidence and where I have legal authority."

Brnovich has sufficient motive to prosecute those who broke the law. States that use Dominion systems now have an uphill battle if they intend to argue that an audit is unnecessary.
