Thing is!!!

In the early teens Cleveland changed their name to the Indians to honor Native Americans. At the time their was a dislike of Native Americans. The name change was considered very progressive!
So now some 100 years later its racist.

Im kind of a baseball historian and had to double check this.

I find it ironic that the Indian name was used to honor amerinds at a time when things were racist only to have 110 years later to say the name was racist.
