Stopped today around 2:30 after a very disappointing and short visit to CL. Parking lot was pretty full. At the door they wanted to scan my DL. First Bucks and Bucks Wild, now CB. I can’t get comfortable with that so I left. This is a new policy since Monday when I went without the DL requirement. WTF.

I went briefly Wednesday afternoon. The two girls at front counter were unfriendly and insisted on my DL. Inside, the music was so loud and distorted it was hard to collect my thoughts. I saw two good looking girls in the bunch, but wasn't approached before I left...strike 1, but I'll be back to take another swing

Curious why you guys are concerned about giving your ID?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a Customer murdered a Security Guard there, in the parking lot, some 15 years ago. Some time after that, IIRC, Chica's Bonitas made a deal with DPD, to require a customer database, i.e., collect DL info.

AFAIK, no other Dallas strip club actually enters your info in a data system. If I am wrong, please post.

I’ve been to CB four times in the last two weeks. Only on my last visit was I asked for my DL. I just can’t get comfortable letting them scan my DL. Who knows what they will do with the info. Maybe I’m just paranoid but it doesn’t feel good to me.

I'm not concerned, probably because when I was last there, some 3 years ago, the door girl laughed, and said ''oh, you haven't been here in over 2 years''. I figure my data just sat, languishing.

I guess when I pop in (presumably soon) next time, it might be ''Motherfucker, you've been here like once, since 2015! Where have you been''?!

what if you bring some other form of ID, like a passport? (ie, something official that shows who you are, but that they probably aren't set up to scan anything from)? It would seem like they wouldn't be able to refuse entrance if you did...
