The Senile Biden Admin is spying on outspoken American Journalists among others
I am sure the usual crazy libs here will laugh this one off too - but this should send up red flags for any American, no matter what party you support
The Senile Biden admin is spying on outspoken American Journalists. Wanna bet they are also spying on other political enemies and other American citizens
NSA Whistleblower Reveals To Tucker Carlson That Biden Admin Spying On His Communications
https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/bi...oring-his-show
Watch the video yourself - a whistleblower has approached Carlson with proof that Biden's NSA is monitoring his "electronic communications" with intentions of leaking them in an attempt to take his show off the air. They’re going after Tucker Carlson because he’s one of the last people on tv actually exposing Biden and his powerful accomplices.

Y'all can thank George W Bush for all of that. This is nothing new. He did it, Obama did it, Trump did it (and we recently got actual hard receipts on that one), and now Biden is doing it. Poor Tucks here is just shocked to find out that the current administration's focus on domestic extremism somehow put his "We're turning into Rwanda" shit show in the cross hairs.

White men = Tutsi, unless you profess to hate yourself and all others like you. The difference in the US is that our Tutsis are well armed.

Well also if you ignore the existence of a bloody civil war and a genocide that killed nearly a million people. I mean like you do see the parallels between comparing the treatment of white people in this country to a genocide and white nationalist rhetoric right? (By parallels, I mean they are literally the same thing)

Except the white nationalist movement in the US fits in a phone booth. You’re more likely to get attacked by a land shark.

I would love to see your data on that claim. Regardless, my point was that the dude was suggesting the possibility of a white genocide, which is like pretty much the main point that the white nationalist movement tries to make. Like he was definitely just saying the quiet part out loud.

I know this wasnt the point of our post but gee, I would love to see any data showing a white supremacist movement is anywhere near what little sleepy joe is spewing.... just more crap to see what sticks on the wall
Considering all the riots caused by left extremists last year, I'd say that movement is far more dangerous to this country.....

Yeah no thanks. I'm not trying to have a pissing match over who has more extremists, that has nothing to do with the point I was making. Though seeing how we keep getting on tangents, how about we move away from Tucker literally parroting domestic terrorist talking points and move on to a different reason why he might find himself on the wrong end of a DOJ investigation. You know all that hard hitting reporting he's been doing on CI's that were embedded in groups that were present on Jan 6th? You think maybe someone might have been giving him the identities of some of them? Doxxing federal informants would be pretty bad for a lot of reasons. Just saying, that is definitely a reason I could see for keeping an eye on him and his sources. I don't necessarily agree with government surveillance mind you, but if they are in the business of doing it (and they have been on the record for decades) then I could see something like that being a reason why they'd do it.

So do you support it. That is the question. Do you support the government using the NSA to spy on it's citizens. To spy on journalists who are calling out the current corrupt regime? Do you support it?

Nope. Never had, and I wish changing that was more of a priority for all of us. Sadly we've strayed so far at this point that the closest thing we have to discourse about issues at this point is Orange Man Bad Vs. Old Man Bad
Adding on to this to reinforce what I said above. I don't support it, but if those are the rules then I can see how someone like Tucker Carlson would find themselves on the wrong side of it. Also again this is worth pointing out that every administration since Bush has been doing this, to lump it all on the current one is really ignoring how long that this has been happening.

Well glad you don't support it. No one should. And no, those aren't the rules. The rules prohibit this and when the NSA or anyone breaks these rules, there should be consequences - no matter which party is in charge

I totally agree with that, and we should be electing people who make promises to do things like repealing the Patriot Act. That's the kind of thing we should all care about, but instead everyone is getting so caught up in identity bullshit and picking a side that all anyone seems to care about is proving people wrong instead of actually fixing things.
Just a couple more things we should be pushing for would be Congress passing sweeping regulations on what the DOJ is allowed to do in terms of surveillance, elect folks who will make the DOJ put that they won't spy on journalists in writing in their media guidelines, limit the ability to issue gag orders if things like phone records are obtained through a third party, and the list goes on. Sadly that doesn't seem super important seeing how those are all the very things that every administration of the past 20+ years has been taking advantage of.
