Used to be a bar on arsenal street

Cant remember the bars name but it was close to the bridge near the days in. Look for the shit hole hotel and the bar you see next to it.

ETA: Shakers but it looks to be closed

I just drove by shakers the other day there was an open sign turned on. It looks like a dump lol but beggars cant be choosers. Is it worth going in there?
