So no penalties for sex workers but those who pay for sex are still subject to arrest?! That's not making anything better for hobbyist. In fact it could get worse because if this encourages more sex workers to be less concerned with doing business then that increases our chances of getting caught and charged.

Not unless the girl turns tables, and I only know of one that did that to keep herself out of jail.

Well hopefully the majority of providers out there will do the honorable thing which is do their best to protect the interest in both their self and their clients from potential drama whether that's legally or within the professional engagement of doing business. Sandy I know I haven't had the pleasure of booking with you but you don't seem like the type to go and get someone caught up in any drama so I can respect you for that. Looking forward to booking something with you soon. I tried a while back but covid was still pretty limiting stuff.

I have heard of a provider or 2 that turned in LR but it was years ago. Perhaps Giz remembers as he was certainly around then. Maybe others do. Never heard anything like that about Ginger so I think Sandy meant another.
Regardless, if the providers are not going to be prosecuted, they have no motivation to turn so this is a positive development.

Not really sure who she was referring to, but I can tell you for a fact that I’ve never done anything of the sort.
I remember the incident that you’re referring to. It was actually a p411/eccie client who flipped when caught in a sting himself. He gave the police his p411 log-in, and they used it on 2 providers to set them up. I still remember his former eccie handle. I’m not sure if naming the handle would be against the rules this many years later or??
