Default Texas Sues Four States in SCOTUS

Texas has filed a lawsuit against Michigan, Wisconsin and two other states filing papers directly at the Supreme Court, alleging violations of the Equal Protection clause of The Constitution. In as case where one state sues another, SCOTUS acts as a trials court rather than as an appeals court.

Details are sketchy just yet. We will just have to wait and see what happens.

in addition to equal protection, texas is alleging violations of the electors clause

these questions are matters of law and so don't hang on the need to prove the frauds that occurred

SCOTUS might not be able to avoid this case. It pertains directly to the Constitution.

Now I am hearing that previous SCOTUS cases provide a precedent.

However, the court might be able to just not take the case I as hearing.

I don't pretend to fully understand some of what is being reported.

We will just have to wait and see what happens.

I understand it just fine. It's called bullshit. The orange clown will be gone soon. Deal with it.

it appears to be a case of cut and dried violations of the constitution

only question is will the scotus pick it up

which they should, should their only consideration be the country and its laws

although john roberts has frequently chosen comity over law

On January 20, 2021, Joseph Robinette Biden will take the Oath of Office and become the 46th POTUS in Washington, D.C. Trump will probably be elsewhere.

President Trump gone? That might in fact soon be the case.

However, I for one, will not need a "Safe Space" or require aqn emotional support bunny to keep e going.

Yet the Supreme Court does not deal with Bull Shit. There seems to be both case law and precedent supporting the suit. Lets just see how this plays out.

For as serioujs as this is fifth-grade level name-calling is nor productive. The fifth grade was a long time ago for any of us here.

SCOTUS just told PA Republicans to STFU and GTFO already.

Texas AG Popeye Paxton is the biggest asshole in Texas government. And that's saying a LOT.

SCOTUS will smack him down with their collective right-leaning dicks.

They're probably tired of his bullshit anyway.

We are actually at the point of mob rule

Legislators in Georgia are fearful that if they call a special session to address the fraud and make aright the election, Antifa and blm will burn Atlanta

They are afraid to do right

the Supreme Court should reinforce their redoubt should they take up the texas case
