personally, I think Russia and China knows whats going on which is why they didn't congratulate biden.

the others have more diplomatic tact and recognition there was an ongoing process than the rest of the world did. I guess they didn't give a shit to the on going process.

i was surprised by how quick the endorsements came in given the fact that Trump had not conceded.

I was very much surprised by Israel congratulating Biden.

Trump doesn't need to concede. He lost. 290 electoral votes to 214. He isn't making up those votes.

One way, or another, he's leaving the White House on January 20th.
