And the beotch asks not to be replaced until a "new" President takes office!! Bitch SCOTUS is not "Make-a-Wish" foundation. That seat belongs to the citizens.
I'm fine if she doesn't get replace because if we have an issue after the election the balance of the court is 5-3.
RBG had the change to retire but she wanted Hillary to nominate her replacement. Now she can watch the show from her front row seat in Hades.
Now that I think about it even more... RBGs death pretty much means that the election won't be able to be overturned because it would mean that the 5th vote will be Roberts. I'm sure the libs have dirt on Roberts... but he isn't going to be able to cast a vote that makes any election case a 4-4 tie. That means the lower courts ruling stands. Roberts won't be able to do that. he will vote with the Conservatives.
Now the libs only hope is to get a closet lib on.. but I hope he goes with Amy Barret, just so we don't have to listen to women claim that she raped them 30 years ago in the HS gym shower. Although, knowing leftists, I wouldn't put it past them.

Roberts is a complete wildcard, not aligned with the constitution. I think it is imperative that Trump nominate someone ASAP. Also, the nominee should be female as it will be tougher to persecute and crush a woman, although the democrats will attempt to ruin the persons life. To the republicans, like Murkowski, they need to do their job. It is Trump who is tasked with appointing a qualified candidate. The leader of the senate has the responsibility of holding the confirmation hearing and can do it on the time table he decides. The members of the senate's job is to decide if the candidate is qualified or not and that is it. Anything other than deciding on a candidates qualification by members of the senate is a dereliction of duty.

We are talking about the United States Senate, Right? Because I'm not sure what you think the usual state of affairs is in that Chamber but your description is pretty accurate.

Wow. Regardless what the FBI reports about this. But ima sure someone drinking the koolaid will say something about that. *sigh* It will be hope beyond hope that a non-biased source can be listed that supports your statement.
BUT fret not! Word comes from the top that you can vote twice.

Ballot harvesting is a well known tool of the left! Why is the left so scared to have a voter id law?
Why does the left scream no and bring in the aclu whenever there are inquiries to investigate harvesting and illegals voting?
Many examples to find on google!

The Republicans are playing it well, so far. Picking a woman, bleed some votes from White Women, that Biden was about to pin down. No need to confirm before November 3, take the pressure off 3-4 Senators who face re-election.
Several Republicans will need to answer for past comments, taped, saying a Justice should not be confirmed during an election year.

As he has done with so many other topics / issues over the past four years, Trump will push to fill the seat because that is what conservatives expect of him. But he'll do it in a way that the libtard resistance will continue to expose their hypocritical partisan bullshit.
There are already reports of planned escalated violence if Trump is allowed to move forward and even Schumer was quoted as saying "Nothing's off the table"...meaning they will employ every underhanded shithole trick in the book to win the election.

The media is saying RBG dictated a statement to her granddaughter that read: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
I wouldn't put it past the media to make something like this up to tug at the heartstrings of American liberals. Regardless, read the constitution...Trump is well within his right as President of the United States.

Guys say what you will, but pasted below are quotes from Mitchy boy himself on this topic. This whole left right nonsense is dumb by the way.
No. “The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court justice. Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new president.” Feb. 13. 2016
“Rarely does a Supreme Court vacancy occur in the final year of a presidential term … Given that we are in the midst of the presidential election process, we believe that the American people should seize the opportunity to weigh in.” Feb. 18, 2016

I'm still amazed how many angry hardcore right-wingers reside on a Pussy Board. Y'all share a common theme.. Very few, or zero reviews. and you never discuss pussy, let alone utilize it to derive personal gratification.
How did we get so contentious with the Supreme Court nomination process? It used to be a smooth, uneventful occurence. It goes back to January, 1987.
The Iran-Contra scandal had just been exposed. New Speaker of the House, Jim Wright, was determined to expose the corruption, ordering a thorough House investigation. He succeded in bringing down key players. Republicans were miffed, mean while somebody named Joe Biden was instrumental in blocking Bork from the Supreme Court, later that year. Republicans tapped a young, vicious Congressman, Newt Gingrich, to be their attack dog. He exposed a minor scandal, in which Wright took payment for speeches, by imploring guests to purchase his small, independently published book, about the operations of Congress. Gingrich forced Wright's resignation in 1989. Earlier in 1989, former Texas Senator John Tower was denied the position of Defense Secretary for the incoming Bush Administration. On grounds of alcohol abuse and womanizing. Republicans screamed that those personal flaws should not be in play, but the real reason Tower was blocked, is his secret involvement in Iran-Contra. coincidentally (or not), a current Texas Senator, Micky Leland, died in a plane crash in August, 1989, followed by a plane crash killing Tower, in 1991.
As payback for Wright, in 1991, some guy named Biden attempted to block Clarence Thomas from the Court, but he failed. Biden was unable to convince the Senate Judiciary he headed, from blocking a Senate vote on Thomas, after a claim of pubic hair having been reported swimming in his Coke.
Clinton became President in 1993, and his Supreme Court picks were attacked for minor reasons. Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood were discredited for having hired Nannies, for whom social security taxes were not paid. Lani Guinier's nomination was withdrawn when it became obvious the Republicans were going to stall confirmation. Gingrich was rewarded in 1994, elected Speaker by the new majority of Republicans, only to be run out of town, after Republicans suffered the worst losses in Congressional history, in 1998. Fast forward to 2016, Republicans block Obama's choice for the SC.. I say blocked, they just refused to bring it up in the Republican-controlled Senate. This was 10 months before the election, but they reasoned it was improper to replace a Justice in an election year. some even claim the Justice needing replacing, Justice Scalia, had been quietly murdered while on a hunting trip.
many Republicans, McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Ted Cruz, and others, are on record saying no Justice should be confirmed during an election year. But in 2020 they no longer believe that. Politics is funny business.
