I went over the Puente Libre / Puente Cordoba on Friday afternoon. Alot of construction on the US side. Going into into Juárez was down to one lane. About a 30 minute line. Crossing into the US on Sunday morning @ 9:30 was a half hour wait. US side construction detours weren't as bad.
