Why aren't the state and local LE agencies arresting their asses and having them appear in court and be prosecuted?

OSHA has no jurisdiction over violent rioters.
Police forces - controlled by elected officials - have hamstrung the police and refused to enforce the Rule of Law and protect order and innocent citizens from the violetn rioters.

The cure is the ballot - You have a choice - DemLib riots and violence - followed by a Marxist totalitrian slave country - or stand up and elect officers of government who are dedicated to the Constitution and Rule of Law - with everyone Equal under the law.

9500 and Libs will have their Outrage over this - and are welcome to it.

Maybe they might just learn to think and develop some common sense - but Not Marxists.

But one must enjoy the entertainment ...

.. of recommending a "bureaucratic" solution to lawless, violent, nonsensical behavior!

Like Social Counselors talking some sense into a rapist who just slaughtered a family.

"Did you have a difficult childhood?"

If they are unemployed, then rioting and sucking cock might be their occupation, and thereby subject to OSHA jurisdicktion.

It is with respect to conditions.

OSHA's Mission
With the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Congress created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.

There would be a benefit to nonworkers entering the business, but with respect to the subject matter & topic certain rules and regulation might apply once it is determined that the participants were (and/or are) employees under the direction and control of the person or persons paying them to terrorize.

(Somebody offloaded pallets of bricks along the marching path! As an example.)

Leftists are in the business of rioting and of sucking cock - hence the jurisdicktional relevancy for OSHA.

If they were paid by an organized non governmental organization to "protest" then regulations regarding working conditions would apply?

Revolutionary marxists are what is enabling and fomenting the "protests' - OBLM is just a tool for marxist revolution.

They want to be in the business of totalitarian rule in Amerika - and putting 50,000,000 white lives up against the wall for their AK's.
OSHA -just someOne else to shoot.
