The next thing is rating how reliable a source is, and the quality of his field reports. (I do value hooper’s inputs)

When you go in blind into a situation where there isn’t collective and quantifiable data, then anything can and will go wrong.

I concur with the Bird in thanking you for sharing. I have been there as well with encounters that didn't go well. Especially the asking for a tip before any services are rendered....WTF?
