I bet if you went to whatever the most local hospital to you is and stop in at the waiting area of the intensive care unit, on an average weekend, you can watch normal everyday people cry their eyes out over the death of a loved one anonymous to the rest of the world.

These people are all more distraught than you are at this moment over the death of a celebrity, rest very much assured.

I myself have unnecessarily boarded helicopters a couple of times - it can be a harrowing experience and I have always taken into account the unreasonable risk before doing it.

Took a helicopter tour of Mount McKinley once. Absolutely do not recommend.
