The Absurd Contradiction of Liberalism

Liberalism, when taken to an extreme, really is starting to kill itself off, hopefully forever.

Take women's sports and transgenders. For years, we have been told the importance of sports for girls to build their self esteem. However, we must not lower the self esteem of transgender men who "believe" they are women. So those transgenders then go out and dominate and ruin women's sports and liberalism has no answer for it.

You cannot create a women's only league and exclude transgenders under liberalism - that would be exclusionary. However, why would normal women want to be a part of the freak show and lose to the freaks? What's the fucking point? If you train and dedicate yourself to a sport to become the best at it only to lose to a washed up dude who claims to be a woman, who will be your advocate besides conservatives who recognize the whole situation for the bullshit that it is?

I say tell the transgender weirdo's to fuck off!! Society doesn't need to waste money turning "men" into "women" when the resources are needed elsewhere and the effects of transgenderism will further ruin society.

The answer is to just do away with gender identity sports classes. Just have basketball, football, track, tennis, soccer, gymnastics, etc open to both men and women. If you Can perform at the level required, fine. If not, that’s too bad. You will be delegated to the status of the millions who can’t “make the team”.

No, you need to do away with "self" identified gender in sports. Biology is clear on this. If you have a Y chromosome you are male.

These are not liberals, these are progressives.

Liberals of my era would have recognized the inequity of having "identified" women competing against biological women. The liberals of my era fought for Martina Navratolova because she was a lesbian. They didn't fight very hard for Rene Richards because she was a he. He eventually "petered out" as the social backlash was too strong.

Today the Progressive don't give a damn about the inequity. If you aren't in lockstep with their narrative you will have your money, job, social status, family and reputation destroyed. No forgiveness unless you a member of a protected class. Most of the media make their living playing this game.

The good news is the Olympic Committee may not let that happen. The African "woman" who was born with testes was finally disqualified. I think they reversed some of her records.

The bad news is that the US Political climate is fucked up with "announcing your pronouns" bullshit.

Yeah, it again comes back to simple X vs Y chromosomes. She/He has the Y chromosome and thus should be defined as male. There is no decision on "technically" male. The Y chromosome defines that.

The current process is now trying to have those with Y chromosomes competing as women to take Testosterone lowering drugs. How does this differ from the bans on steroids for men today to beef up testosterone/etc.

It's biology folks.

I sort of agree with this.

consider Women's Professional Golf.. while I enjoy watching, much of my satisfaction comes from viewing sexy Korean ladies, who happen to play well. but when you consider half the guys watching at a Tournament, can out drive an average touring pro, that is a bit weird. and the best male high school players could compete favorably with lady pros.

I can't think of a single sport where ladies are as good as men.. not even something non-physical, like shooting pool.

if martina navratolova sees the crime of leftism, its only a matter of time before leftism crashes under its own weight

in leftism, instead of reality, common sense and societal good, there is substituted group hierarchies.

on the lowest rungs of the hierarchy are whites, men, Christians, intelligence, humor, mathematics, grammar, economics, truth, borders, and more.

women, while above men, rank within their group according, first to their religion and politics, then actual gender, then color.

the rankings are designed with one goal in mind, whatever destroys the existing societal norm most is preferred

I agree with your statements. I believe you are referring to Caster Semenya. There is no proof she was born with testes. She does have high level of testosterone.

"Semenya was eventually allowed to run again, and went on to win gold in the 800 meters in the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. But last year, the IAAF ruled that runners with testosterone above a certain level would have to take medication to lower it in order to compete against other women in the 400-, 800-, and 1,500-meter events."

Rene Richards should not be allowed to compete against women in sports. Richards was not a great tennis player even against women so it drew little attention from a competitive standpoint.

This is a sensitive subject. Almost all athletes want fairness in their competition. From all information available, Caster Semenya is a biological woman with a high level of testosterone. A rarity in the world of sports. I have seen her race many times and she looks male to me -- much more strongly muscled than the other women against whom she is competing. I feel sorry that through no fault of her own she is being discriminated against but I fully understand why.
