Set up an appointment with this less-than-reputable "provider" last week for an outcall appointment. I contacted her before our scheduled time and she said "getting ready to come over." Needless to say she never came by and never informed me that she wasn't coming until the following day. She said that I was trying to get her to lower her donation (not true at all) so that is why she didn't come by. Huh?! Good thing I had a plan B ready for such a situation...
