It is hilarious that he can't stop his campaign using other people's original material. He should pay royalties!

I really don't understand, given his history why someone in authority doesn't say NOTHING will be plagiarized, everything will be sourced or your ass hits the road.

When Mussolini became the dictator of Italy they went to his wife and asked if she had heard the news. Her response...what has that clown done now? I'm sure that Jill Biden has said that a few times.

Joe Biden has experienced some misfortunes in his life. Although my heart goes out to anyone who has dealt with tragedy it doesn't prompt me to vote for them to a position of authority and power. I think Joe Biden has been the recipient of sympathy votes rather than a genuine trust in his ability to lead and make important decisions. The fact that he has engaged in plagiarism on many occasions during his political career gives me the impression his leadership abilities are mediocre at best.

Have you forgotten the many lies/distortions of the truth that Trump comes out with on an almost daily basis?
"The noise from wind turbines causes cancer. The wall is already being built. Mothers, in consultation with their doctors, execute their children. These are some of the boldest, most deranged lies Donald Trump has told since becoming the 45th president of the United States. But, as anyone with access to the Internet or TV knows, he’s also told hundreds of smaller lies about everything from not calling Tim Cook “Tim Apple” to the number of people at a Beto O’Rourke rally. And when we say the leader of the free world has told “hundreds” of lies, we actually mean closer to 10,000.
In a truly superhuman feat, The Washington Post has tallied all the “falsehoods” that have spewed from Trump’s mouth and fingers since January 20, 2017, to April 27, 2019. Per the Post, that’s a whopping 10,111 in 828 days. And the situation vis-à-vis the president being a pathological liar is getting markedly worse.
After telling a mere 5,000 false and misleading statements during his first 601 days in office, the pace and frequency of the lies has accelerated such that he doubled his bullshit in just a third of the time, telling almost 23 lies a day in the seven-month period beginning in late October, during midterm elections."

Now "Uncle Joe" can add "Flip-Flopper" to his 2020 resume'.....He has LONG supported the Hyde Amendment throughout his political career.....but now the virulent "progressive" Democrats have a "no tolerance policy" towards ANYONE (even Democrats) who even hint that killing a human being in the womb could be wrong. Gotta hand it to an old politician like Joe....political expedience trumps values and beliefs every time.....

It's all about what the "fact" checkers choose to fact check and how they do it.
It's well documented and even merited at least one study on the bias of the fact checkers. If you spend your whole day looking to find only the lies told by a politician, there is not one that wouldn't fail miserably. I'm not saying that's good, but Trump is overly vilified by the media. Obama lied his ass off, but wasn't called out. Pelosi's statements are often so full of lies or over the top statements as to be laughable.
But the lefties latch onto the biased reporting of the "fact" checkers each and every day.
This is slightly dated but still applicable today if you watch the trends.

The fact that, as the Lichter study shows, "A majority of Democratic statements (54 percent) were rated as mostly or entirely true, compared to only 18 percent of Republican statements," probably has more to do with how the statements were picked and the subjective bias of the fact checker involved than anything remotely empirical. Likewise, the fact that "a majority of Republican statements (52 percent) were rated as mostly or entirely false, compared to only 24 percent of Democratic statements" probably has more to do with spinning stories than it does with evaluating statements.

And.

Quote:
Don't Believe the Liberal "Fact-Checkers"!
More and more, major news outlets are relying on “fact checkers” to, allegedly, ensure that the news is factual, sources are reliable, and statements are accurate.
In theory, this is admirable. In practice, it has proven to be simply another opportunity for the media to push their leftist agenda.
Fact checking groups — such as PolitiFact — routinely cast judgments while failing to disclose their own left-wing bias. Their allies in the media try to cast these groups as neutral third parties when, in fact, they are card-carrying members of the liberal echo chamber.
It’s no wonder that the public has so little faith in the fact-checkers. A 2016 Rasmussen poll found that an astonishing 62% of American voters think the fact-check-ers are biased.
The Media Research Center is flipping the script on these faux-fact-checkers. It’s time to turn the tables and give the public the real facts.
|
But I guess Speedy is one of those 38%'ers that believe that there is no bias in the "fact" checking world. Pretty coincidental that that same 38% number also maps largely to the pablum eating die hard lefties that want to believe the liberal media.
And in the end it's a distraction to justify Biden by comparing him to Trump, but people are seeing through Biden's repeated plagiarism and failure to have an original thought.

I remember when Trump said he was wire tapped, the media said that was a lie...It wasn't.
Then Trump said there no collusion which the media called a lie...Mueller says otherwise.
Trump said he would win Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. The press called him delusional and a liar...guess who was right?
Trump is a salesman and a cheerleader. Like the coach who guarantees a victory for homecoming, is he lying when it doesn't come off?
Biden writes this stuff down or someone does it for him. This is not off the cuff bluster. Last month I used the phrase, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." If I had just thrown out there in a conversation it is a commonly used phrase but I used it to headline a chapter. You're damned right I sourced it.
