Is it okay to ask for a receipt?
Was wondering if this is possible. Next time I book a provider for an appointment do u think I can ask for a receipt? Was thinking I can write my appointment off my bizness taxes?

That should be perfectly fine. Just make sure that it's itemized in case you get audited.

And then you can return the pussy within 15 days if it is unopened and unused. 30 days for exchanges and store credit only.

I believe, it also depends on provider's return policy. Please check befor you book.

It's actually an interesting question. The service and receipt would be for companionship only. Entertainment. And conceivably, this would be as legit as a restaurant tab and a Broadway show with a client.

Couldn’t get myself to ask my recent provider for a receipt, instead I just banged the energy out of her all afternoon. Screw the receipt lol

And you guys think you're amusing.
In the reality portion of our fantasy land:
Ask her if she's ok with getting a 1099-M at the end of the year.
But, that only works with long time friends, with full trust from both, and the gal has a good business cover rw side business, that she actually files tax returns on.

Not an accountant, but I think both you and your client would have to bang her in order to claim an entertainment deduction.

New Provider's Ad:
Bring a friend! I'll do you both and it's 100% Tax Deductible!"
I will provide you with a receipt and you will send me a 1099.
We will "satisfy" ourselves as well as tax requirements!

Fast forward to April 15th of next year. The provider neglects to include these 1099s when filing her taxes.
Uncle Sam comes a knocking and won't accept a sloppy BJ as payment.

My ECCIE Reviews

As long as it is under 500 no 1099-misc are required to be issued. However if ever audited you would need to prove a proper business purpose (per the Rico statues this does not have to be legal). Meals and entertainment are only 50% deductible.
Regardless if you go over 500 or not in any case a w9 is required to be kept on file. This lists the vendor name and tax payer ID number.
If you are willing to and your “vendor” is willing to provide a w9 under or over 500 it is a legal deduction if it is ordinary to your business.
PM me with any further questions.

Trump writes off his escorts as business expenses. Why shouldn't you?
