Opinions on how others would handle situations
How does everyone else handle these type of situations?
Girls posts an ad with pics. Of course ad states all pics are real, current, no tats etc. You read multiple reviews about her and the clients basically all say pics are her, age is correct, weight is correct etc
You arrive at the scheduled meeting time and walk into the room, and the girl is 30lbs heavier than the pics. States 120, but easily 150 and probably 5-10yrs older than she says. She immediately states that the pics are a few years old when she was lighter, and not to tell anyone about her weight or tats.
Do you walk out if you are not satisfied because you were led to believe she looked way better than what she does? Do you do a true review no matter what she asks and let others know?

This is an industry where in general everyone is out for themselves. If you walk out without leaving a cancellation fee, you can expect to get blacklisted and may find it very difficult to book with other providers in the future. If you leave the envelope, or perhaps even half of it, the situation may end there.
The majority of people typically find some way to retaliate against negative reviews, even if they are true. If you experience a problem of significance with a provider, the best course of action is to share the matter privately with others who will not convey the information back to the provider. Also, by denying future business, you are resolving the problem in a sense. Individuals with a bad reputation will find it difficult to attract new business.

I turn around and walk away
Call her a dumb whore and delete her number.
Try giving her monopoly money and see where it gets you

Assuming that you're practicing "safe hobbying" (burner email address, VPN connections, burner cell number, never your real first name, parked car out of sight of meeting location, left all IDs and CELL PHONE locked in car, etc., etc., etc.....)
I would politely say, "I'm sorry, I have the wrong address. I apologize for disturbing you." And I would walk away and take an indirect route back to my car, making certain that I wasn't followed and there's no angry pimp patrolling the 'hood looking to kick my ass...
Once I was a safe distance away, I would block her number in my hobby cell and email and delete all emails, text messages, texts, etc.....
But that's just me....

IMO, you have a few options. 1. You can do as she requested and keep her deception a secret then others will end up with the same disappointment. 2. You can turn and walk and create a thread in the men's only area telling guys of her deception. 3. You can still see her for a session and put those details in the review.
Depending on the situation, I would do number 2 or 3, after all, this is an info share intel board.

This is a tough situation to be in. On one hand you were expecting the photos to be a representation of the girl opening the door, but in your opinion she was not. All of us hobbiests have been there. It human nature to hide your flaws and P4P world is no different than an online dating profile.
I have done it both ways. I have followed through with the session as planned as I still found something in her.
There were a half dozen times in my hobby (mostly during my too fit days) life where their photos were nothing like the real person. In those situations I walked...as it was a fake profile and she lied.
The toughest one is the one you describe. I suspect your a guy who hobbies for spinners and was expecting a spinner and instead received someone with curves. I personally would not walk, but I enjoy curves.
