I was driving by around noon and there were HCSD and SFD out front. I saw sever officers and a couple of asian me in cuffs. Be careful out there

There was some link about a spa bust...
The cops even mentioned looking at Rub Maps as a source of information...
With hundreds and hundreds spa existing, who to we bust, with limited resources?

This topic has been discussed on Eccie for YEARS! Most posting reviews don't care.

One only has to look at Pct 4's "administrative" action list to see the "hits" and who got "hit" .... then do a search on Eccie to see when the review was posted for the spa that got an "administrative visit"!

FYI: "Administrative visits" have long been a tool for LE ...

... long before Eccie OR THE INTERNET.

i never understood this place or others near it... they're literally at the same intersection as Klein High School which is known for being an uptight rich/semi rich kids school. There's plenty of mom's with nothing better to do than look for things like this.

Chinese spa owners are too arrogant. They think they can plant near a white area and open up a brothel and don't expect police visits. The girls inside are selling it because they have to pay off debts to the people that brought them in the country. Koreans are smarter because they open up brothels near the ghetto to avoid white suspicion.

Their business plan is go where the money is at. White people in nice areas have money. You will less likely get complaints if you are in a more rundown area.

that may have been true 10-15 years ago now its surrounded by illegals and crappy apartments.

But that's Houston style. No zoning, etc. It's really dumb to put a brothel next to a school or a daycare center.

I guess its all relative but that area is not nice any more. Its pretty run down and sketchy.
