Search for some newbie friendly providers that catch your eye. Make sure they are reference friendly with a good reputation. I refer people to Selena51 and snowbunni a lot because I know they are both good with references.

Get a couple good references under your belt and you will be good to go.

Maybe some newbie friendly ladies will chime in here.
