DNA
Ok so I have been under arrest before (nothing to do with the hobby). And no I have no plans on doing something stupid! LOL
I have been watching Forensic/Files (I'm so tired of the election pols etc)
Do the cops (include any/all branches) keep or record your DNA when arrested. (not just a traffic stop) .Like they have you blow a breath analyzer or take your finger prints etc?
Just kinda wondering. Thanks in advance

If your previous run-in...
...involved a blood sample or cheek swab, yes, they have your DNA.
What's relatively new are the genealogy DNA testing / reporting companies sharing their DNA info with LE - more and more cold cases are being solved every day because some distant relative of the perp decides to submit a sample to determine where they are from, and, SURPRISE! "You have 15 serial killers, 10 child molesters, and 38 rapists in your family shrub. This is normal for the zip code you reside in."
LOL

Normally, they enter felons’ DNA in the database, but not other random samples related to minor offenses.

Just FYI: The answer can be an absolute YES: if you have been in the military the answer is an absolute YES. For civilians, it is becoming more likely that DNA was collected. With each passing year, more and more DNA profiles are added to the Data base: the possibility of searching that data base depends upon why thy are searching.
So if you did something really stupid: yes, you are likely to show up.

We all like to think we are in control of ourpersonal iinformation, but Anonymous01 is correct. We are no longer in control. Many of these DNA banks provide a list of relatives with a push of a button, after you submit your DNA, Name, and credit card info.
DNA data banks are here and it is now possible that one night stand in Vegas 10 years ago produced a love child and suddenly your served with a lawsuit for back child support.
In Sacramento they linked the golden State killer and caught him by using a DNA data bank. One of his nephews submitted DNA to see his heritage. Sacramento police created a fake profile based upon the DNA left at crime scenes and did a process of elimination.
Turns out the Golden State killer was a police officer in a neighboring city and was never a suspect 30 years ago when the crimes we're committed.

Yep, Advancements have come a long way as compared to a few years back when we had the Dallas Provider who kept all the used condoms in ziplock bags in her freezer with the guys names on them.

Yes, and remember how Monica got Blow Job Bill to STFU about he "...never had sex with that woman"? She got the dress with the cum out of a safe deposit box at the bank and asked to have the DNA tested.
Now we know that Hillary didn't think there was such as thing as oral sex, how dumb. (We can insult politicians because they are not members of ECCIE, and they are not really people anyway.)
Save your used condom
Put in your pocket
It will save you from a rainy day.
Put that to music.

Wow! I've heard some stories but that takes the cake. Must of been a lot of used condoms in her freezer. Gross!

I flush my condoms.
I didn't think the providers wanted to touch them.

My ECCIE Reviews

I wad them up in paper towels. Those are some evil minds at work saving condoms & clothing to cause trouble in someone's future. My mind doesn't even process that way. SMH
