Default Asking proof of Provider’s testing status

Even if you wear a condom for every act, there’s still some risk of disease transmission, (HSV, HPV, some others) mostly from female to male.

Every provider I have ever asked has always told me “I just got tested, I’m clean”, but I think we all know that people aren’t always honest.

In my line of work it’s expected that I can show credentials proving I can do my job safely, and I have to renew these credentials regularly.

So, providers, would you ever be willing to show proof you’ve tested clean from STDs? I think I’m Europe you have to be able to show you are clean to be a sex worker. Would it make a difference if the client had to show proof too?

Or is that asking too much, and the clients just have to accept the risk and “roll the dice”?

Hmm.. in order to check papers you'd have to know their real name & check their I.D. And match it to the test results. Oh and they'd need to sign a release with their doctors office because you would definitely wanna check to make sure they are real papers.. Anybody can type up some legitimate looking paperwork..

Another point I'd like to make is that I don't offer bbfs. I can't be talked into it or bribed into it. However, just as some of the members of this site are married and find themselves wandering astray. I wander how many wives of these members are doing the same.. And can they be talked into it? Another assumption (not based on facts) of mine would be that these wives may be upset with their and his extracurricular activities and. That being said. They already have emotions involved in their decision making and hence, more likely to forego using protection. So, sir I'd like to ask you: Are you married? If so, has your wife been tested? Can I see those papers? because I know.. honestly we all know "people aren't always honest".

IF you are participating in BBFS, then it is prudent. Seeing results may help you feel better but, really doesn't prove shit. Lots of sites that you can print up "dummy" STD reports from and it may take days to months from the time of exposure to the time you test positive. Testing is much more accurate now.

At a minimum, if you want to play in the Catholic religion, then both parties should do an at home HIV test in front of the other. It takes about 20 minutes and is available over the counter. It is marketed as OraQuick
OraQuick.
It's very accurate and runs about $35 per kit.

Bloop! Excellent point.

If you're not asking your significant other (because your fragile male ego can't entertain the possibility that she might be getting dick on the side) the same questions you want to ask us companions, your line of thinking is problematic. This also applies to partners met via civilian dating sites and apps.

Yeah, I guess this is one of the many problems this hobby faces. Legalization would lead to regulation. Regulation can be a pain in the ass, but in this instance it would probably improve safety for both client and provider.

Just assume everyone has everything and figure out how much risk you wish to take.

Every provider I have ever asked has always told me “I just got tested, I’m clean”, but I think we all know that people aren’t always honest. Good conversation starter. Hey Ho..you got VD? Ho: Nope Do you? ummm..nah not me.

In my line of work it’s expected that I can show credentials proving I can do my job safely, and I have to renew these credentials regularly. You're job is probably a legal one

Would it make a difference if the client had to show proof too? Really what would that even prove? What if the test was dated the 1st and you saw her on the 3rd? Would that make you feel safe?

Or is that asking too much, and the clients just have to accept the risk and “roll the dice”? You really are making this sound pretty one sided like you're the only one bearing any risk.
I've said this plenty of times before. The only thing you can do is take whatever level of precaution you feel most comfortable with. If you don't feel safe using a condom with a provider, you're probably seeing the wrong providers or you should not participate in the hobby. A three day old test result won't even mean anything other than maybe 3 days ago she didn't have a STD.

Nah, every regulatory authority in this country is as corrupt as the activities it’s designed to protect us from. It’s a gamble no matter what. I’d rather choose my own method of risk vs. reward assessment.

Default But ..

Even with at home test, If partner has unprotected sex with a hiv carrier let’s say 2 weeks before coming to u, the results would not show accurately navause it takes time to show up! I wouldn’t even risk it, no money is worth my health and life!

Statistically-- it is FAR more likely for a female to catch something from a male, than for a male to catch something from a female. You might want to check your stats.
