Bullshit on References

When a good client asks for a reference then for Gods sake don't take 2 or 3 Fucking Days to Respond. Now I'm not pissed anymore. Thanks for reading this. Give us the same respect that you want.

I hear ya. I think what you may find is it may take some time for your references to get back to the provider. I was just in the same boat, however, the provider never did get back to me. And, in my case one of my references is extremely good about responding to reference check.

I hear ya babe. I try to get back as fast as I can when giving references or being asked for a date.
Now some gals having so much going on or they dont have good tcb skills so that dictates how soon they answer my ref request....hell I just got a requests back on a guy that I had asked for over a year ago!!

These are ladles that are supposed to be great. Ones that I've seen before. In my time in the hobby I have only given 1 bad report. It's crap that the guys are expected to do right but the Ladies can do whatever they want. Hope this doesn't piss anybody off. It probably will.

Here is what I do, when I see a lady:
1) I ask her at the end of a session if I can use her as a reference. This helps me to know if she is reference friendly or not.
2) then before I use a lady as a reference, each time, I usually reach out to her and ask her if I can use her as a reference for Provider XYZ and I share Provider XYZs ECCIE handle so she knows who is contacting her. It also helps her to know that you are ok with her sharing info about you with Provider XYZ.
3) once the ladies from #2 above say ok, then I send my references to Provider XYZ.

Help your references by giving her a heads-up. It also helps to tickle her memory about who you are, especially if it has been several months since she seen you. If your reference doesn't get back to you, use a different reference...sometimes they have a real life too and aren't checking their email constantly.

This method takes a little time, but by being pro-active, it works better than just sitting around and hoping....
