judge rejects trump emoluments lawsuit
https://townhall.com/tipsheet/leahba...trump-n2426019
Daniels, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, also said the matter should be taken before Congress, not the courts.
“As the only political branch with the power to consent to violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause, Congress is the appropriate body to determine whether, and to what extent, Defendant’s conduct unlawfully infringes on that power,” he wrote in his ruling. “If Congress determines that an infringement has occurred, it is up to Congress to decide whether to challenge or acquiesce to Defendant’s conduct. As such, this case presents a non-justiciable political question.”
a clinton judge made this ruling... can't make this stuff up.
the standing part needs to be junked!!!!

Of course! You're talking about JUNK again, BONE COLLECTOR!
Twitler will get his standing part junked before this is all over.
You can be sure of that. I'd say "bet on that" but you'd only welsh again, BONE COLLECTOR!

The dim-retards' stance on that issue is entirely bullshit. Precedence has been set two hundred years ago. Neither George Washington nor Thomas Jefferson, to name two, sold their estates and quit profiting off tobacco, cotton, etc., they sold to England and France, and Abraham Lincoln made a fucking small fortune off of his property holdings in Council Bluffs which increased in value because Lincoln designated Council Bluffs as the terminus for the Transcontinental Railroad. So, those dim-retards whining and crying about foreign visitors staying at Trump properties while he is president need to pinch it off, wipe their asses and quit crying.

Before dying during the Civil War Stephen A. Douglas was on the congressional committee to route railroads. He owned several parcels of land in and around Chicago at the time. Guess who routed the railroad through 17 parcels of land and had a yuge payday from the federal government.
Look up George Washington Plunkitt, congressman and honest graft.

Speaking of trains and ancient dead politicians, Nancy peolsi, did, by word and deed, cause a train terminal to be place next to a nothing piece of property of hers creating a remarkable increase in value
