Assuming the Mavs wont come back, the defense really sucked and the offense never really got into a groove.

They went away from Dirk after the double team caused him to turn it over. They simply quit going to him and that was the mistake. JET was off tonight as well. When both of them are off shooting percentage wise, it's too much ground to make up.

I still think the Mavs will win one on the road.

The Mavs had the best road record in the league during the regular season. They'll be fine.

OKC has an incredible home crowd, but I am curious to see how Westbrook shows up in game 3 - a 22 year old Allstar who was benched the entire 4th quarter. That has to really fuck with his confidence. My guess is that he will either lay an egg for the rest of this series OR he'll bounce back and will be spectacular.

The odds were also in favor for a OKC win, Mavs were in a 7 game playoff win streak and the OKies have not lost two playoff games in a row. Mavs should bounce back in one of the next two games to get home court back. I said this series would go 7, more than ever I believe this will be a long series. The officiating has been piss poor so far, I just hope it gets better. Too many phantom calls, even the TV crew was noting that.

dirk got mugged all night in game 2! i couldn't believe the way the thunder was all over him! its ok. next game they will just have to come with a better plan and beat them into submission like they did the lakers!

Mavs now take home court advantage back. The home team that loses game 3 at after taking home court advantage away from the other team has only won the series 17% of the time.
