I danced in Austin almost 10 years so I'd be happy to help you. I will tell you that clubs in Austin are (sometimes not so subtly) racist. Whether or not you get hired somewhere will depend strongly on how many black girls are already hired there, so don't take anything personally in regards to your looks when you get there. You look sexy as fuck! If you're traveling with a caucasian or latina friend try to go with her to get hired everywhere you go...even if she is not actually going to work there going forward. If you are traveling with a black friend, do not try to get hired together.
I can recommend you based on a few things:
-What type of club are you seasoned in working at? (hip hop, shake it club where most money is stage money vs. upscale clientele where private dances & VIP are the money makers)
-Are you planning to do extras in VIP? (Some clubs there have closed VIP and some don't & some clubs turn a blind eye and some don't and will very publicly kick you out...just like in every city)
