Default Lunch in rochester

If one was to have lunch in Rochester near Highland Park on a Saturday, where do the locals eat. Not a quick place but a sit down nice restaurant. Thanks in advance.

I concur. Great BBQ and Cajun food, if you're into that. Nice atmosphere, especially fun on a Friday or Saturday.

That site looks pretty good and is in the right area. Thanks.

I'm not sure what I did but can a mod move this from the sandbox area to the coed area.

Montana, you did post this in the Coed forum. I moved it here because it is about food and not about the hobby.

Any type is fine. I'm just looking for an upper end casual dining atmosphere. Someplace when you walk out saying the food was great and that place was pretty cool inside. I like the look of the Beale Street Cafe

I want to thank you all. We actually wound up at the Elmwood Inn. There were 8 of us and two would not eat Barbacue. I tried to push the Beale Street Cafe as it looked pretty cool but the food won out and when it started raining harder we were near the Elmwood Inn. Plus I love eating in the Elmwood/Allentown area in Buffalo so it was like it was calling me. Great food and a huge beer selection.

And Nita it's been way to long since you have visited Buffalo. Maybe this summer you could visit us again.
