In which I responded that today at 11am would be good and to contact me at 10am to verify and receive directions.

You contacted me today 10 min after ten asking,"if I was still available?"
I told you I was seconds away from giving your spot away and to call once making it to my exit off the highway. I asked that you not be late for I had other appts. after you.
I texted you at 11 asking, "are you close?"
You were already LATE when you responded back with your location.
Once we spoke I told you the exact landmarks and street that you turn on. How you end up where you did, beyond me.
But after speaking with you I gave you the information again, you call back @11:30 saying your here.
My response, "that's crazy." here it is a whole hh after the scheduled time.
Not once did I get a call saying I'm lost, I need help, getting close. The impression I received from the 2nd phone call was you wasn't coming.
I started moving my schedule up.

You get keyboard happy and hide behind the ROS to try and talk shit on a providers name. I knew when you contacted me after 10 that I shouldn't have seen you because my time wasn't that important to you. I wonder, in your review did you state what you did wrong??
I passed up money to keep our scheduled appt and you show up when you want. Even after all that I apologized for the confusion and wished you a great day, for you to get on here and do this. I would call you a bunch of names but I'm a lady and refuse to allow your actions to dictate my reaction.

Why is it there isn't a rule about overstepping the boundaries of forum etiquette. If it isn't a review why say it is?

So it can be one-sided. Instead of putting it in the coed discussion, so that both parties can tell their side. Clients choose to do a review so they can say whatever in the ROS without providers knowing. It's irritating, providers have always complained, this is at let a step in the right direction.

It started as a review, then the mods moved it to coed, per forum rules. It's not a review.
