I've got a great appointment set up for tonight - a 3 way with chicks who dig each other, and something cool on the side.

And laid awake in bed until about 7 am last night. Often the night before a session I don't get much sleep. To me the anticipation is a big part of the overall experience but I would wish for maybe a little less anticipation the eve of.

Try to keep yourself busy so you won't have a tendency to think about upcoming session. This seems to help me when I've scheduled an appointment with a lady.

I agree... I usually keep myself busy and tend not to think. Now there is nothing wrong with making sure you're 100% prepared but dont think about it so you wont feel all.... yeah.. lol

Ms Fancy, I can see guys getting wildly excited the night before thinking of being with you the next day. You are sooo hotttt. I think for guys, it is normal to "feel the excitement and arousal" the night before if you have a special session coming up or going to be with providers for the first time. I personally suggest working out to get tired and maybe taking something to make you sleepy. You do need your rest for most of these high performance hotties.

If your session is tonight, it is too late for a good night's sleep. I agree with Valerie that you just need to relax and focus on the fun you will have. I do some imagery exercises regarding what you anticipate will take place in a positive arousing way.

I get performance anxiety also. The only thing that gets me through it all, is thinking about the money.

Yes, focus on all the fun you will be having for all the money you will be spending and they will be making.

I also have an anticipation problem as well; although, mine manifests itself in different ways. While rest is not an issue the night before and I'm not tired, my problem tends to show in two ways. First, I'm quickly aroused and cum extremely early in the session. This really isn't an issue since I only see MSOG providers; however, it sort of ruins the build up to a nice mutual climax with the lady while also making subsequent pops a lot less robust. Secondly, I anticipate the date so much that when it does occur, I feel a bit let down i.e. it wasn't everything I anticipated the date to be. I don't blame the lady for this; I blame myself for getting worked up in advance. I think this issue is caused by planning the date so much in advance that the whole experience becomes anti-climatic upon actually meeting. That's why I'm starting to be more interested in just hooking up with a provider without much lead time or not much pre-date interaction. That approach is kinda difficult due to screening and booking protocols; although, it would be nice to have one of those old-style "Vegas" type hook ups. The ones where providers trolled the bars/casinos looking for some impromptu action. Oh well, I digress.
