if his FBI laptop he returned wasn't dod wiped, it can be recovered.
isn't this kind of obstruction that he did this?
why would he write it, send it to his friend and then delete it from his laptop.

Don't worry!
If he prepared his "memos" on "his" Government laptop all the files on there can and will be recovered (if they haven't already).
A "problem" Little Comey has is ... he wasn't taking notes during the meetingS (according to his sworn testimony), but he prepared the memoS based on HIS AFTER MEETING RECOLLECTION. His time line, based on his sworn testimony, is already wrong with respect to when and why he turned over the "memoS" TO HIS SO CALLED FRIEND, who has DISPUTED that he was given copies of the memoS. "His FRIEND" HAS STATED the contents of the memoS were verbally related to him.
It will be "interesting" to say the least if Comey is prosecuted for the same thing for which he claimed HillaryNoMore could not be prosecuted, because, as he stated, the Government had no DIRECT INTENT it could prove against HillaryNoMore!

Comey took exception with Lynch meeting Clinton on the tarmac and Trump basically was doing the same thing with Comey as Clinton was allegedly doing with Lynch.

Comey TESTIFIED under oath on Thursday that the reason that he leaked the info in the first place was to get a Special Prosecutor assigned to the investigation. Funny how he didn't feel motivated to take the same action against shrilLIARY in the investigation of her mishandling of classified information, against Loretta Lynch for her " tarmac meeting " with Slick Willy, or Lynch telling him to refer to the shrilLIARY e-mail investigation as a " matter " rather than an investigation !
