I watched most of this last night, on CNN, no doubt. They had live coverage up untill the end.
The coverage was surprisingly down to earth. Their own reporters who interviewed voters found that most Montanians felt like the reporter was just as culpable in the situation as the Republican Candidate. It seems there is so much distrust of the News Outlets now that the voters either didn't believe the story, or figured the reporter deserved what he got.
CNN's commentators also put forth the idea that perhaps the News Media is it's own worst enemy. The fact that 92 percent of all reporting is pro Liberal and anti-Conservative does nothing to build trust in middle America. The fact that the Main Stream Media went in lock, stock and barrel and sold out to the DNC and Hillary Clinton is aborrent to the majority of Americans.
For all of the "ballyhoo" put forth by the Main Stream Media that the Republicans are headed for defeat in 2018, the scenario simply is not playing out in these elections. Granted, the Democrats did win two seats in two North Eastern Districts. But these Seem the anomaly.
