Private Incall VS Hotel Incall
I have been considering getting a private incall as of lately. But want opinions if it makes a difference to you gentlemen. I'd love to hear your reasons to why it does or doesn't make a difference to you.
Kisses,

I would think that a hotel just might want discourage this sort of business.
I also think any time the C.O.P.s do a sting it is with the blessing of the hotel.
A C.O.P. that I speak to every now and then, indicated that he once did hotel duty [hotel where the lobby is all marble] by chasing all the providers away. Such as inspect their purse and it is fill with rubber s
Don't ask for details I protect my sources
I think that you need some place where 'traffic' is not noticeable

I prefer an apartment incall. It just feels more like home.

An apartment building where you have a garage entrance, front entrance, or outside parking. Guest have the option to park where they like if they have a paranoia of license plates. I personally do not approve the the latina agencies where they ask you to park at a gas station and run your plates. That cannot be safe for you gents. Gated garages are good for car safety. When you park and enter no one knows what apartment you go to.....buildings are pricey but better for clients. It's worth the added safety for everyone.

I think a private apartment is the way to go if the neighbors are not monitoring. It can feel more cozy and intimate. A lot depends on volume as well. I agree with the points Sofia has made regarding privacy concerns.

Thank You white chocolate. The good thing about a building is they are like mazes. You can use stairs or elevators. As for the neighbors, it's okay to have friends over. No one knows if there is any transactions For the record there are none, no transactions of any kind, we all just have slutty friends. For all neighbors know your just slutty

One slutty client showing up every hour to see one slutty provider can attract the attention of nosey busybody neighbors. Hopefully, you can surround yourself with slutty neighbors.

Private Incall
You can decorate how you choice.
Have everything you need readily available.
Plus its feels nice and cozy. No housekeepers banging on the door.
The hotels are not so bad though, gives you the flexibility to move around and get a change of scenery. :-).

Far prefer Apartment-
I know they don't give a shit at most hotel/motels but it always feels like your being watched.
You don't have to worry about if the towel/sheets your using now is really clean or if it was simply folded/straightened

If your neighbors are lil ole ladies they will watch you like a hawk...they luv to snoop.
That is how a certain madam got busted.
The lil ole ladies were watching all the traffic go in and out and alerted the police.

Whichever option you end up choosing, I think the key word should be...discretion.
A private house has one area to park and the neighbors will notice after a while. Honestly...it won't take them long at all.
An apartment is better due to the fact that your vehicle will blend in with others and you're less likely to be noticed...that is, if you keep the traffic down.
Same with hotels. You have to keep the traffic to a minimum or someone is going to notice. It's just a matter of time unless you move around every couple days.
Get an apartment or townhouse that has its own private garage. When clients arrive, let them park in your garage (no pun intended,LOL) and then lower the door for privacy. I know a few providers who have this setup and it's very secure and discreet for both parties.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I was thinking a private incall (an apartment) would be better as well. I'm low volume so I doubt I would draw much attention.
When I lived in Dallas I used my home as incall but only for regulars. It was much easier and convinent, but where I live now I can't do that. Besides I live too far north in the country. You guys don't want to drive out here.
Since the new incall will not be my personal residence, it will be much easier to see all screened visitors. I've already got my theme picked out (Texas Star) and started shopping for interior decorations. That way when I get my apartment I can just move in. Once I get it I will also be offering "dinner dates" where I cook a complete meal for us. I'm a great cook (cajun blood) and love cooking for others.

I have the best spot it's right out side the Galleria and has parking garage and no windows facing the front doors.
It's a lil pricey but it's discreet and very nice with a lot of extras
