Bob Woodard Praises President Trump.........
There is no word yet from Satan whether Hell has frozen over.
Woodard stated on MSNBC at his morning that The Administration did exactly the correct thing in response to Assad using poison gas on his citizens.
His only dissent is, perhaps we should take out all of his air fields, basically grounding his Air Force.
The problem with that is the more you do, the more chance of collateral damage, mainly Russian.
The big question is still out there. If Assad goes, what next?

The airfields could be taken out short term with minimal CD. Especially since we could tell the Russians in advance--no one is going to move the airfields.
OOPS! Budget cuts kept us from getting the right munitions we would want to use!

I'm not surprised at Woodward's reaction, he's a clear thinker who has written dozens of illuminating books.
On the other hand, his former sidekick Carl Bernstein is a bat-shit crazy, hysterical, frothing-at-the-mouth, lib-retarded idiot who couldn't say anything positive even if Trump stopped terrorists from blowing up the Washington Post!

Make that a stupid two faced bitch. Woodward has written less than 24 books so saying "dozens" is wrong (remember when you said you would admit it if you were ever wrong? Here is your chance to make good on your word, douche-bag.). Woodward's third "Bush war years" book ("State of Denial") points out that he (Woodward) had been lied to (by Bush and gang) on a massive scale while writing the first 2 books and details the bullshit and lies used to basically trick congress into authorizing the invasion of Iraq. The "clear thinker" points out every argument you patently use to include Clinton or whoever as a truthfully informed participant is bullshit.

Cluster munitions do little to take out airfields. Though they can help delay the repairs to the damage other weapons can cause.
However the point was to take out the runways without a lot of CD, and what cluster munitions are best at is causing wide spread damage--thus the treaty.
