okay here is a question for the hobbyists and the ladies here... please be honest in your responses and also use your opinions. ( but please be respectful)
I am really trying to understand this and want both sides opinions.
How do you feel about bartering?
Ladies... would you allow it and if not why not.If yes, how would you like it to go?
hobbyists.. would you like to see the ladies accept barters? and how so?
again this thread is not to bash those that do or dont barter... i want to sincerely know where people stand on this issue.

I don't know that it's an "issue" for people to stand on. Some ladies do it from time to time and I've never heard anyone say anything negative about it.

jsmith.. its not per-say an issue... I have read that it is offensive to some, but then i have also heard that if it was available to some it could be a deciding factor.( for newbies usually)
I just want to see how people feel about the idea is all.

wondering in general hun...
although i have bartered in the past and offered for some to give me a quote of what they could do. ( which ended up with alot of disrespect.) I MIGHT offer again but wanted to know some opinions first...

Just to clear up the confusion, she said barter and I guess that can be taken how she meant it but most of us thought she meant trade one service for another, but she actually meant an OBO type of thing.

well if the provider is willing to make a deal then so be it. i have at times ask for favors. but if not then accept and move on. it never hurts to ask. but i do respect her wish if she says rates are set wont budge
