Bill Orielly made a disparaging comment about Maxine Waters' hair, saying it looked like a James Brown wig.

Ok, he later apologized. While apologizing, you could tell he was trying his damndest to keep from laughing. He should have said........"every body knows that Maxine Waters is a total moron, I didn't mean to insult James Brown".

Well, since she does not look like James Brown, I think this is more of a "they all look alike" insult. But we know Bill is above such low behavior.

So let me see if I have this straight. She has worn her hair like that for years. He knows who she is by site but just now noticed her hair? Not a chance my friend. He chose that moment to roast her because its was all he had. I don't think he meant to be racist so much as he is disrespectful of anyone he disagrees with. Then he did a follow up after his writers gave him a script to follow.
