Rarely watch womens B-Ball but that was a great ending. Is it true that this is the first time A&M has advanced to a national title game in any sport?

A&M has also won a couple of indoor and outdoor track championships in the past couple years. But among football, basketball, and baseball...yes this is their first trip to a championship game.

Congratulations to the Lady Ags. I love watching them play...especially Sydney Colson and Sydney Carter...they're a couple of cutie pies.

I thought that was what someone on the broadcast mentioned, but wasn't certain of the scope of the comment. But when I started thinking back on it, I couldn't recall any title games the Ags had been involved in. What a great game tonight, though.

I'll certainly be rooting for Ags against Notre Dame.

It was their first "National Championship" game, but I believe they "claim" a National Championship in football back from the 1930's. May be wrong here. I am sure some Aggie will come and correct me. Not that it matters, Hook 'em Horns. I am willing to bet that the Longhorns spring football game Sunday afternoon on ESPN had better ratings than the Lady Aggies title game last night.

Was it just me and my Aggie loyalty or were the TV announcers very biased towards ND until the very end when they had to find good things to say about the Aggies.

Bet the basketball game drew more. Plenty of girls high basketball coaches out there. Not mention you two traditional programs whose fans are starved for any kind of athletic success. Even in women's basketball.

The March Madness has a definite Eastern bias. How else could you justify 11 teams from one conference?
