In the spirit of Restaurant week...

I am always in search of a good Beef on Weck sandwich. Let me know what place (address if you have it please) you guys think serves the best BOW. I will be trying each and every one suggested (Buffalo area only-LOL).

I am hijacking a little bit, only because BOW is 1 of my ATF. Not a lot of choices here in Syracuse, cetainly not as many as WNY, but The Retreat in Liverpool has a very good one. They tend to only serve it at lunch though. Not sure why.

Andersons in Tonawanda on sheridan drive used to have killer beef on weck. Dont know if there still there. Its across from teds hotdogs which is another fine place

Try the little place on Kenmore Ave call Vizzys here in Buffalo. The Beef on wick is pile high and I mean Piled high..... and the burgers are huge with hand cut fries, all for under $7.00 (Cash Only) If you love burgers Grover's on Transit for you visiting ladies who stay near the airport as seen on the food network The Best burger in town. (No I don't get paid by them either)
