Canned nuck had it right, the 9th court won the battle...but not the war. I love it when you neophytes try using military lingo...idiots.

It is also true that the 9th is overturned on appeal more than any other court in the country. Not quite 90% but over 70%. So the odds are that it will be overturned once again and the democrats (and their little minions like yourselves) will cry crocodile tears about the unfairness of life itself.

I just read this excellent article written by Michael Goodwin which appeared in the New York Post, dated 2/12/17 ..... the title "Clinton reminds us why we're lucky she lost the election" ..... and goes on to say .....
