Provider Status? Am I missing something?

I have emailed the louisiana@eccie.net email and even sent PM to Moderator to no avail. I have sent email twice, once being well over a month ago and another couple days ago.

Am I missing something as for as getting approved? I have a couple reviews on this website, all from last year but I am sure I have some guys around here who can vouch for me.

I am ready to finally join the community but seems like I hit a roadblock. You guys won't regret hearing from me....I have a few of my girlfriends working now!!!

Hopefully I can get Provider Status soon and maybe this post can be deleted since I am not sure if this posted in correct section.
