Not to be rude to the OP but the way it's written I can't be 100% if the rash was his or hers.

If she showed up and said hey I forgot but I actually can't provide...then took your money...you got robbed.

If it was you, you absolutely should have disclosed that prior and not put her in that kind of situation. In fact, you probably should've waited until you were all clear until you made an appointment.

She probably shouldn't have taken the whole donation though, but again there are facts we don't know. I would think there's a difference in if we are talking about 500 bucks for a multi hour or a 100 dollar BNG for instance. The more time you had agreed on, the more I would think she should leave with you.

It's a difficult situation, but I would say that at least a partial donation was appropriate. I would say half is fair. She didn't provide a session so the full donation wouldn't be appropriate. But you did schedule an appointment knowing that you weren't in the physical condition for her to feel comfortable following through with it, and she blocked out her time to see you.
