Default Who has the best fried (Gator) Alligator?
I haven't found too many places but right now my fave is at Pappadeaux. Babin's recently added to their menu but it doesn't compare to Pappadeaux. Hit me back if you know of some good spots.

Amazing food.. I love grilled alligator but havent found anywhere where its fresh and mouth watering

^ thanks to all for your feedback. Although I was introduced to it back in the late 90's I've only recently started eating it after watching SWAMP people TV show. I've also recently bought Gator sausage from a meat market but it tasted like regular ole pork sausage. I love fried with Pappadeaux's special sauce but guess I will need to try grilled.
