Default If a member reinvents themselves..

What happens to the discarded handle?

Am I correct that the old handle would need to be guested since a disabled account could technically come back at any time? I would not want someone who has gone through a reinvention to violate board rules with multiple handles since to me at least, that is the case....

I suppose the third option would be to perma-ban the original handle. This would prevent someone else from reviving that name, and keep the same person from bringing it back as a multiple handle.

If an account is disabled it saves the user name, if guested the user name becomes available to someone else. A disabled account can only be reset by a owner or admin.
